Ghana: Glo Directs Users To Select AirtelTigo As Network Provider

Glo has signed a statewide National Roaming agreement with state-owned AirtelTigo for voice, data, and SMS services as part of its commitment to give users with more coverage and a quicker internet experience.

By April 23, 2022, all Glo subscribers will be automatically connected to the AirtelTigo network as part of the partnership.

Customers may be confident that all other terms of service on the Glo network will stay intact as a result of the agreement, according to a joint statement released by the two businesses.

Glo subscribers will be able to recharge via scratch cards or electronic credit transfers, as well as use all existing Glo products, including Value Added Services, according to the announcement.

All Glo customers who will have trouble switching service providers automatically should do it manually, according to the statement.

Users may also go to any Glo customer experience center or call AirtelTigo’s hotline at 0260000100 for immediate assistance with any service issues.
